A bathroom, on the other hand, can be fully-transformed in closer to three weeks.

For example, if you want your kitchen to be host-worthy by the Holidays, now is a good time to start. If you want your outdoor space revamped, you may want to do it in the late Winter when you won’t be enjoying the pool anyway.
#3 Consider the next steps. Let’s say you get a totally-upgraded kitchen and you absolutely love it. All of a sudden, your bathroom looks worse than ever by comparison. After having your kitchen worked on for about a month, you now need to start over again by having a month of remodeling done on your bathroom. Instead, take a look around your home and try to plan your projects for the same time. If your home is older, you probably need more than one room revamped.
#4 Don’t rush it. There’s probably never a perfect time to have a remodel going on. This doesn’t mean you should rush it and take a bid from the contractor who says he can get it done the quickest.
