Hurricane Irma swept through our area and left major damage in many of our communities. Beattie Development is thankful that our homes and offices only sustained minor, cosmetic damages and our hearts go out to those who suffered much greater losses.
Hurricanes, and any major events, show what a person and a company truly value. We value you! This is why we spent the time before Irma giving back to the community. The owner of Beattie Development, Paul Beattie, volunteered his time and our teams’ time to help the BIA Builders Care group put up shutters for a disabled veteran and his elderly mother (you can read the whole story on the News-Press’s website) before the storm came in. Our entire team also went around Southwest Florida to help past clients, senior citizens, and co-workers prep for the storm. When the hurricane actually arrived, Paul opened one of our expertly-built model homes to employees and their family to keep them safe as they were in the flood and evacuation areas. Our efforts to help our community didn’t stop when the storm moved further north. Beattie Development also purchased several generators to donate to those who needed them. Beattie Development is a great company to work for and do business with every day of the year, but this past week it was even more beneficial!
With Southwest Florida’s recovery under way, we are open for business and ready to help anyone with any remodel needs they may have.
