The Arthur Model Open House took place this past Saturday and we are thrilled with the turnout. Over 150 Southwest Florida residents came to see the newest member of the RRB Collection and have a little fun at the same time. On the previous Thursday, we allowed local Real Estate Professionals and other VIPs in for an exclusiive showing. We received overwhelmingly positive feedback regarding its layout, design, style, quality, and overall feel. Joshua Cardonna and Silvana Acebal-Diaz even won flat screen televisions in the prize drawings held at the conclusion of the event.

Many, many people have been asking us for interior shots of The Arthur and we are pleased to be able to finally share them with you. The home features three spacious bedrooms plus a large bonus room that can be used as an office, playroom, den, or anything else you desire. There are two large bathrooms, an extra deep three-car garage, a large family style kitchen, and even a mudroom/laundry room for extra storage as you enter through the garage.
