Our entire team has been working hard on this and is so excited to be near the finish line! While we aren’t quite ready to have our Grand Opening Ceremony yet, we can give you some sneak peaks of what it looks like:

The Arthur is the newest member of our increasingly-popular RRB Homes Collection. It features a spacious 2,200-square feet of living space, including three bedrooms, two bathrooms, a large walk-in closet in the master suite, an under-truss lanai with a great outdoor living space equipped with a firepit, pergola a hammock, and more. Beyond the three bedrooms, all of which have walk-in closets, there is a bonus room which can be used as a home-office, den, man cave, playroom, second living room, or anything else you can imagine. As you can see from the photos above, it looks utterly fantastic, proving luxury doesn’t have to be out of your price range.

This model home is more than just what The Arthur looks like, though. It actually houses our model center for what options you can choose between for all of the models in the RRB Homes Collection. While the homes in this collection aren’t completely custom made, you may still have a choice in exterior paint colors, countertops, and more. For something this exciting, you’ll definitely want an up-close look at your options! The model is located at 4402 Chiquita Boulevard S., in Cape Coral.
