If you’ve been keeping up-to-date with what is going on at Beattie Development, you already know that we are very excited about not only our RRB Collection, but also it’s newest addition- The Arthur Model. We are extremely pleased to announce that the model home is currently under construction and will be finished soon! It is located at 4402 Chiquita Boulevard S., in Cape Coral.

When completed, it will look like the artist’s rendering above. It features a spacious 2,200-square feet of living space, including three bedrooms, two bathrooms, a large walk-in closet in the master suite, a huge lanai, and more. Beyond the three bedrooms, all of which have walk-in closets, there is a bonus room which can be used a home-office, den, man cave, playroom, or anything else you can imagine. The guest bathroom opens right out to the lanai, making this the perfect home layout to add a pool to. Of course, it wouldn’t be a top-tier Beattie Development home without a great room with a tray ceiling. There is even a three-car garage so you have enough space for all of your vehicles, plus storage!
